Non-Refundable Services
- Real-Time Coaching Sessions: Once a session is delivered, it is non-refundable as it involves dedicated time and resources from our coaches.
- Digital Training Materials: Access to e-books, recordings, or any supplementary materials provided as part of a program is non-refundable upon delivery.
- Program Packages: If you purchase a multi-session package, unused sessions are non-refundable after the program begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations Before Start: If you cancel your program or session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you may receive a full refund or reschedule without penalties.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
